Terms of Editorial Use
Effective Date: October 7, 2026
1. Scope & Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern access to prutdyx.pro and all research dossiers, verified datasets, and publications authored by Prutdyx (“we”, “us”). By consulting our reporting, purchasing annual patronage, or contracting syndication rights, you accept these terms in full.
2. Intellectual Property & Fair Dealing
All journalistic investigations, investigative graphics, and analytical narratives published on this platform are protected by Canadian and international copyright statutes.
- Personal & Research Use: Readers may quote brief excerpts in academic or civic reviews in accordance with fair dealing principles, with prominent attribution and linkback to
prutdyx.pro. - Commercial Republication: Unaltered reprinting or commercial broadcast of full investigative files requires an active syndication license or written editorial release from our Ottawa desk.
- Public Records: Underlying government documents, ATIP releases, and public filings cataloged in our archives remain public property.
3. Annual Patronage Terms (190 EUR)
Our sustaining patronage tier is priced at 190 EUR per 12-month period. Patronage contributions directly support field expenses, access-to-information filing costs, and pre-publication legal checks. Subscriptions do not confer editorial control, veto power, or preview rights over unpublished investigations.
4. Corrections & Factual Inquiries
We hold our desk to rigorous factual standards. If any party believes a published dispatch contains a material error of fact, a formal correction request accompanied by documentary evidence should be submitted to [email protected]. Validated inaccuracies will be corrected transparently on the public ledger.
5. Disclaimer & Jurisdiction
Prutdyx reporting is compiled in good faith for public interest enlightenment. Content does not constitute formal legal or financial advice. These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
